A polished, credibility-first website for a 24+ year old manpower recruitment and staffing agency — CodeMyth's very first client engagement, taken from brief to a live, shipped product.
This was our first-ever client engagement at CodeMyth. Renaissance Management Consultants came to us as an established staffing agency with 24+ years in the industry, but no real digital presence to match that track record — so the brief was straightforward but the stakes were personal: our first paying client, and our first live production deploy. We started with a short discovery conversation to understand how the agency actually pitches itself to both candidates and hiring companies, then designed and built a Next.js site around that trust-first positioning — fast, clean, and easy to navigate on any device. We handled everything ourselves end to end: layout, copy structure, responsive behaviour, and deployment to production. Shipping this taught us our process actually works outside of a portfolio sandbox, and it's still live today.
We're deliberately not the studio that quotes you a number and disappears until the deadline. Expect short, regular check-ins, staging access from early on, and a straight answer any time something turns out to be harder — or easier — than it looked at the start. If a piece of this isn't the right fit for your team, we'll say so directly rather than stretching the engagement to fill a quarter.
How we build it
The core workflow mapped and validated before a line of code was written.
Front end, back end and data layer built in parallel by the owning engineer.
Deployed with monitoring in place, then iterated against real usage.
Frequently asked
For live, shipped work we're often happy to make an introduction or share more detail on a call — just ask.
Most new projects start from a pattern like this one, then get adapted to your specific data, users and constraints — nothing here is a rigid template.
Timelines vary by scope, but the pattern is consistent: a working staging build within the first couple of weeks, then iteration against real usage rather than a single big-bang launch.
